We're starting the new year with Lt Col Christopher Bailey, a United States Air Force Judge Advocate and Assistant Professor of Law at the United States Air Force Academy. Over Chris's 15 years in the Air Force, he has traveled across the country and around the world to advise on issues including international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict. Chris shares how a passion for international relations that started in undergrad, coupled with an important mentorship in law school, inspired him to pursue a career in the Air Force JAG Corps. Christopher Bailey is an Assistant Professor of Law and Senior Military Faculty at the United States Air Force Academy, as well as a United States Air Force Judge Advocate. He is a 2007 graduate of Southwestern University , a 2010 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and in 2017, he earned an LLM in Space, Telecommunications & Cyber Law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
