Tamany Vinson Bentz is the founding partner of California IP Law, a boutique law firm in Manhattan Beach, California dedicated to helping small and growing businesses establish and protect their intellectual property. Tamany helps clients navigate the landscape of technology and media, focusing her efforts on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks, as well as false advertising issues.
Tamany also founded Pour Tous Skincare - a skincare line designed to be simple, inclusive, and effective - especially for teens and young adults navigating the ever-changing needs of their skin. Pour Tous Skincare was recently named one of the best gifts for teen girls by Forbes.
Before starting California IP Law, Tamany was an associate and partner at Venable and a partner at DLA Piper both in Los Angeles.
Tamany clerked for the Honorable Sue L. Robinson on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a graduate of Arizona State, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
