David Dormon is General Counsel at Downtown Music Holdings. He is based in Los Angeles. Prior to his time at Downtown Music, he was an associate at the law firms of Reed Smith (2021 - 2022), Vedder Price (2016 - 2018), and Katten (2014 - 2016). David is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Chicago Law School.
