Tom Peabody is an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to becoming an AUSA, Tom worked at Katten in Chicago, and clerked for the Honorable Amy St. Eve first at the district court level in the Northern District of Illinois and later on the Seventh Circuit. 

Tom is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, in St. Louis, and DePaul University in Chicago.
